It meters flow and direction in closed-loop hydraulic control circuits. The valve operates on a 24 V DC supply voltage, allowing direct connection to common machine power rails. A coil resistance of 2.5 Ω at 20 °C limits inrush current and eases amplifier sizing, while the solenoid tolerates a maximum current of 2.7 A to generate the required magnetic force. A 100 % duty cycle supports nonstop positioning tasks without thermal pauses. Command changes are executed in 25 ms at 100 bar, giving responsive pressure modulation, and static hysteresis does not exceed 0.1 %, which keeps spool positioning repeatable. The main stage can pass up to 170 l/min so medium-size actuators receive adequate volume. The pressure ports p, a, and b tolerate 350 bar, enabling high-force cylinder work, while ports t, x, and y are rated for 250 bar to protect return and pilot exhaust lines. Pilot control operates between 10 bar and 250 bar; the lower limit assures dependable spool shift and the upper limit prevents pilot stage over-loading. A pilot flow of 4 l/min keeps control energy consumption low. Pilot leakage stays below 180 cm³/min at 100 bar, and main stage leakage is held under 400 cm³/min, conserving oil and reducing heat build-up. The housing carries an IP65 degree of protection so the coil and connector resist dust ingress and water jets. These pressure and leakage limits help maintain stable actuator behavior and minimize maintenance.
