The 4WRAB6W12-1X/G24N9K4/MR valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the 4WRA Proportional Directional Valves series. It modulates hydraulic flow direction in automated circuits where accurate electronic feedback is required. The valve employs electrical actuation with external electronics so the spool position can be set proportionally from a controller. A supply voltage of 24 V DC powers the solenoid and reference electronics. A 3-pole (2+PE) EN 175301-803 connector transfers this power and the ground signal. Nominal size 6 geometry keeps the envelope compact while still providing four ports for typical pressure, tank, and actuator lines. The W12 spool configuration defines flow paths for three switching positions, and subplate mounting simplifies replacement in manifolds.
The valve delivers a nominal flow of 12 l/min for routine machine cycles and can pass up to 30 l/min when full command is applied. Its internal passages withstand operating pressures up to 350 bar, enabling service in high-pressure mobile and industrial systems. An ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 mounting pattern and the equivalent NFPA T3.5.1 D03 interface let the body align with common subplates without adapter plates. Sealing is provided by NBR elastomers so the unit remains compatible with mineral-based HL, HLP, HLPD oils as well as low-viscosity HVLP, HVLPD and water-glycol HFC fluids. The assembly weighs 1.98 kg, a mass that aids manual installation while keeping manifold loads low.
