The 4WRA6E1-15-2X/G24K4/V proportional directional valve is part of the 4WRA Proportional Directional Valves series from Bosch Rexroth. It meters hydraulic flow to cylinders or motors according to an electrical command and is intended for closed-loop automation tasks. The solenoid operates on a 24 V DC supply, and power reaches the coil through a 2-pole plus protective earth connector with an M16 × 1.5 thread. The valve mounts on a subplate, following the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 pattern, where each port hole is 8 mm in diameter. Under reference conditions the nominal flow is 15 l/min, while the spool can pass up to 42 l/min when fully stroked. With a mass of 2.0 kg, the unit keeps manifold assemblies compact.
Working pressures reach 350 bar on ports a, b, and p, whereas the tank line endures up to 210 bar, allowing the valve to serve high-pressure circuits. Continuous oil service is permitted at hydraulic fluid temperatures up to 70 °C, and the housing itself may reach 150 °C without loss of function. FKM seals prevent external leakage at these elevated conditions. Installation uses two M5 × 50 screws to ISO 4762 strength class 10.9, tightened to 7 N·m, which secures the body to the manifold. An IP65 enclosure rating shields the electronics and coil from dust and water jets, completing the environmental protections required in industrial machinery.
