The 3WRCBH50VF750M-1X/M is a cartridge valve built by Bosch Rexroth for the 3WRCBH Cartridge Valves series. It is intended to meter and block hydraulic flow in automation manifolds. The valve is supplied in size NG 50, giving a rated passage suited for systems that need a rated flow of 750 l/min. Its progressive (M) flow characteristic produces a gradual change in flow as the spool moves, and the internal area ratio of 1:1.5 balances pilot pressure against main stage load. The unit tolerates operating pressures up to 315 bar, enabling use in high-pressure circuits. A maximum flow capacity of 1600 l/min provides additional headroom when momentary surges occur. Pilot control does not require a dedicated pilot oil port, and the pilot stage draws 28 l/min to shift the main spool. NBR seals contain the hydraulic fluid, and the valve mass of 14.7 kg must be considered when specifying manifold support hardware.
Electrical feedback is powered by a ±15 V supply that can deliver 35 mA on the positive rail and 25 mA on the negative, feeding the integrated position transducer. The spool reaches its commanded position within an actuating time A–x of 60 ms, contributing to responsive circuit behavior. Static accuracy is aided by hysteresis below 0.1%, while zero shift from temperature remains under 1%. Main stage leakage is limited to 600 cm³ per minute to minimize energy loss during closed conditions. The design withstands vibration levels up to 25 g for mobile or industrial environments. These characteristics confirm consistent operation across dynamic duty cycles without the need for additional damping components.
