The 3WRCBH32V380M-1X/M valve is supplied by Bosch Rexroth within the 3WRCBH Cartridge Valves series. Fluid temperature can range from –20 °C to +80 °C, covering typical mobile and industrial environments. Cleanliness must be kept at ISO 4406 class 18/16/13 to protect the precision surfaces. NBR seals are fitted to provide compatibility with standard mineral-based fluids. Installation is completed with M16 × 50 mounting screws, and each screw is tightened to 250 Nm to secure the body in the manifold without distortion. Operating within these viscosity and temperature windows ensures consistent spool acceleration and precise metering across the duty cycle. The housing mass is 5.6 kg, a consideration for manifold support and handling during service.
